Why We Built This Site
Public access starts with finding the correct custodian. Hattie Sullivan, Clerk of Superior, State & Juvenile Court, maintains those three court systems, while Civil/Magistrate and Probate have separate offices. The Augusta Case Management Search is the main local web starting point, and Georgia Courts offers an E-Access directory rather than one universal case database. This site brings those routes together with court-calendar guidance, phone contacts, case-number clues, and copy-request steps.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: ways to locate and read criminal dockets and civil dockets in Richmond County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to use the local docket search and Georgia provider directory by party name or case number
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits include the following:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket copy must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original. The site can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes shown on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the site. Richmond County Court Docket does not set partner charges or determine which records their systems return.
